In this newly created position, you bring momentum to our everyday work. You support the introduction and implementation of the strategy for continuous improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Your focus is on monitoring and improving organizational processes. Thanks to you, these become more efficient and sustainable.
Your exciting tasks
- You identify areas for improvement using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other tools (such as value stream analysis) in all business processes
- Based on these insights, you develop improvement plans in the team and lead these initiatives
- You actively promote the use of state-of-the-art CI / BEX tools within the company
- Training, evaluation, and coaching for the successful introduction of the Operational Excellence model
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, as an engineer, or comparable education
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
- Six Sigma Black Belt is a great plus
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You question existing structures and are open to change
