As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a
IT Project Manager (80-100%)
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Account Managers during the design phase of the commercial proposal, with engineers during the technical design of offers, and with the Middle Office team to ensure good coherence of the client offer.
- Structure projects and implement rules (tools, methodology, indicators) according to client/internal needs
- Organize and lead project committees
- Supervise and coordinate all project stakeholders
- Ensure maintenance and monitor project evolution
- Ensure compliance with service commitments, resources deployed on contracts, and manage onboarding for service clients.
- Track tickets and manage daily communication between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to client decommissioning
- Train and support the client in taking control of the product/service
- Manage crisis situations, complaints, and client cancellations
- Write reports and update client accounts.
- Monitor and report service performance (define content and implementation methods of services through SLA and SLR descriptions, OLA, follow up on action plans, and analyze and evaluate KPIs)
- Identify and implement improvements in service management and quality
- Ensure the impact of any change on service level, particularly on service level commitments and operational agreements (internal and subcontracting).
Profile sought :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position as Service Delivery Manager and project manager
- First experience in Switzerland is mandatory
- Mastery of project management methodology
- Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals (certification is a plus)
- Ability to mobilize, coordinate, and manage technical teams
- Proactive in continuous service quality improvement
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
- Ability to synthesize and approach situations calmly.
- Driving license required
- French C2 mandatory and English B2 minimum
