What Awaits You
In the morning, you accompany a newly trained financial partner on a customer visit, before noon you check the quality of a pension dossier, and in the afternoon you give an internal training on needs analysis in 360° consulting. This could be what a workday in your new job looks like – quite varied, isn’t it?
Your focus is to support our financial partners in the areas of pension, financing, and assets. Your know-how helps them find the optimal solutions for our customers. We expect you to meet our financial partners at their individual development level – thus you are a patient coach for career changers and a sparring partner for experienced customer advisors.
- You empower our financial partners in the areas of pension, financing, and assets (retail banking).
- You ensure the quality of pension analyses, offers, and dossiers.
- You assist with market development and recognize customer potentials in the interplay between bank and insurance.
- You accompany our financial partners on customer visits and support them, among other things, in asset consultations.
What We Expect
Source of knowledge, consulting talent, customer understanding, quality control: You are as versatile as your tasks. Of course, this requires broad know-how – from A for applications to Z for future planning. We also expect you to have a feel for people: You recognize where your colleagues need support and notice the needs of the customers.
In addition, you bring the following qualifications:
- Commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence EFZ
- Further training towards Financial Advisor IAF, federal financial planner, or certified banking specialist HF or in training for these is absolutely required
- Several years of experience in banking and/or insurance business
