About the job
"Rückenwind" is a situational support for the regular schools of the city of Wallisellen. If the support needs in the regular school system temporarily exceed the personnel resources on site, "Rückenwind" can be called in quickly and easily. The interdisciplinary team currently consists of two professionals (m/f) in social pedagogy. Depending on the assignment, the Rückenwind team works together or individually directly on site. Either in the classroom or in rooms outside the regular school. The working method is preventive, supportive, advisory, and aims to relieve the regular school system.
The "Rückenwind" project is organizationally and personnel-wise assigned to the school in small groups (KGS). For the "Rückenwind" team, we are looking for a social pedagogue FH with a 50% workload starting 1.3.2025. Working days: flexible during school hours depending on the assignment.
Your main tasks
- Consultation of teachers after case analysis/observation
- Situational support of individual students
- Collaboration with class teachers, special education teachers, social pedagogues, therapists, school social work, and school management
- Crisis intervention
- Concept work, case management, documentation
You bring with you
- Completed training as a social pedagogue FH
- Joy and curiosity to accompany children and adolescents daily in their development
- Several years of professional experience and interest in working with students with special needs
- Initiative, teamwork skills, humor
- High flexibility and good self-organization
