Your Tasks
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Asset accounting as a substitute
- Cash management
- Dunning
- Processing accrual bookings in the general ledger and monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Assistance and support with VAT accounting as well as with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- General accounting tasks
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and completed further education as an accounting clerk
- Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and experience in monthly and annual closing
- Precise, independent, and efficient working style
- Confident handling of balance tax rates, flat tax rates, and application of withholding tax
- Empathy, openness, and professionalism in dealing with our patient debtors in financial matters
- Regular willingness to travel to maintain contact with our clinic locations and the finance accounting team members
- Confident use of Excel, PU41 certification or comparable qualification
- Quick comprehension and good IT user skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
