Site Manager in Industrial Infrastructure

Mission
As a Site Manager, you organize, supervise, and control the daily execution of work on site. You ensure the proper completion of projects in accordance with plans, defined methods, safety rules, and deadlines.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan, organize, execute, and control the work from kickoff to project handover.
- Lead, coach, and motivate assembly teams by efficiently distributing tasks.
- Communicate and document project changes for revision files.
- Ensure compliance of installations, perform energizing, connections, testing, and clearance of reservations.
- Monitor cost developments, analyze results with your manager, and manage work orders and measurements.
- Apply and enforce current standards, safety rules, and QSSE measures.
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a network electrician, electrical installer, or equivalent recognized training (ESTI).
- Proven practical experience on industrial sites, including a team leadership role.
- Strong technical skills, keen organizational sense, and strong ability to manage priorities.
- Natural leadership, rigor, and responsiveness to ensure quality, deadlines, and safety on site.
- Ease in communication with various stakeholders, clear communication, and exemplary attitudes.
- Careful, responsible person aligned with internal values and QSSE requirements.
- Driver's license.
