Our client is an established and modern real estate company based in the city of Zurich. With a well-coordinated team of around 20 employees, the company manages a diverse real estate portfolio with approximately 1,500 rental properties as well as 60 condominium owner associations.

Here, solid real estate expertise and many years of experience meet short decision-making processes, personal collaboration, and a high standard of quality. A professional working environment, a lot of personal responsibility, and close contact with owners and tenants characterise the daily work routine.

To strengthen the team in the residential and commercial property sector, we are looking for an engaged, independent, and service-oriented individual to start immediately or by arrangement in the role of

Property Manager

You will take on the following responsibilities:

• In close cooperation with an administrator, you will manage your own portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties
• Organisation and execution of viewings, inspections, and handovers
• Ensuring smooth maintenance of the portfolio assigned to you
• Organisation of repair orders and minor renovations
• You are the direct contact person for owners, tenants, craftsmen, and authorities
• Professional leadership of an administrator
• Current market observation and implementation of rent adjustments
• General correspondence

You can demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma (mandatory)
• Polished manner, pleasant interpersonal skills, and service orientation
• At least five years of professional experience at the level of property manager
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
