Your tasks
- Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of the cleaning team employees with support from the site management
- Contact person for technical questions from customers
- Co-responsibility and assurance of quality, hygiene, and preservation of value of buildings and premises
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
- Compliance with the specified quality, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Compliance with and planning of the specified patrol times
- Contact person for incoming cleaning orders, responsible for organization and their correct execution
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training/continuing education in housekeeping, hospitality, building cleaning, hospital cleaning, or facility management is an advantage
- Expertise in cleaning and/or building maintenance
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality/housekeeping is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work weekends
- Personable, strong leadership personality with a pronounced sense of organization and coordination
- Leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Open personality and strong communication skills
- Good MS Office user skills
