- Further development and quality assurance of psychiatric reports in an interdisciplinary team
- Supervision of aspiring specialists in psychiatric reports
- Consultation and co-design of programs for early detection and prevention in the workplace, especially for mental illnesses and return-to-work measures
- Participation in internal and external educational events
What you bring
- Specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (recognized in Switzerland)
- Several years of clinical experience in the specialist field. Experience in report creation is an advantage
- Additional qualification in insurance medicine or willingness to undergo corresponding additional training (SIM certificate, CAS VMed)
- Very good written communication skills
- Team spirit and service orientation
