Your Tasks
- Participation in the conceptual further development of the facility
- Goal- and customer-oriented management of a multiprofessional team

Your Profile
- You have a qualification in social pedagogy or equivalent.
- In addition to existing management experience, you have the suitability requirement/permission to manage a residential facility within the framework of SGB IX according to SbStG-DVO §9
- A subsequent transfer/takeover into another employment relationship in the field of integration Neustadt i.H. is included.
- You maintain an appreciative attitude as well as a resident-oriented approach to work.
- You have professional experience in the field of integration assistance (SGB IX).
- You can demonstrate experience in dealing with people with mental disabilities.
- You are creative, a team player, flexible, and have the ability to independently and responsibly plan and lead a team.
