Carpenter (Team Leader CNC)
Activities
- General machine work in furniture and interior construction
- Planning, organizing, and controlling CNC-supported wood production
- Programming and optimizing the CNC machining center (NC-Hops)
- Ensuring production quality and adherence to deadlines
- Responsibility for material usage, tool management, and machine maintenance
- Evaluation, integration, and commissioning of new machines and technologies
- Continuous improvement and optimization of production processes
- Leading the machine team (3-4 employees) as well as training and knowledge transfer
- Deputizing for production management and serving as the central interface between the team and operations management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ
- Several years of experience in production as well as CNC operation and machining
- Very good CNC programming skills and enthusiasm for digital technologies
- Solid knowledge of materials (wood, composites, surfaces) and tool technologies
- Commitment and enthusiasm for your own work
- Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a solution-oriented working style
- Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and exemplary behavior within the team
