Fleet Manager (m/f/d)
Workload: 80–100%
Shape the future of sustainable mobility at Axpo and support our electrification strategy. In this role, you will shape group-wide fleet management and make a direct contribution to our sustainability goals.
Your tasks
- Development and implementation of a group-wide fleet strategy with a focus on electrification
- Support in contract negotiations as well as management of procurement projects for specialized vehicle types
- Execution of operational and tactical tasks to increase cost efficiency and added value for the Axpo Group
- Establishment and maintenance of comprehensive KPI reporting for all relevant fleet metrics
- Management of the replacement and procurement process including vehicle registration and sales
- Verification of supplier invoices as well as proactive claims management
What you bring
- At least 2 years of professional experience in fleet management, vehicle leasing, or the automotive industry
- Technical and/or commercial training, ideally with a focus on automotive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Result-oriented, proactive working style with a focus on continuous improvement
- High degree of independence as well as analytical, structured approach to cost optimization
- Ideally broad knowledge in electromobility and charging infrastructure
- Advantageous: project management experience and further training in fleet management
- Very good IT skills (fleet management systems, ERP, MS Office)
- Very good German and English skills (German mandatory)
