Coordinator for Residential Moves Social Services (30%) - Start: February 1, 2026 or by arrangement.

Organizing is in your blood? With us, you coordinate diverse assignments around moves, apartment clearances, and maintenance work, with direct impact on the lives of our clients.

• You coordinate moves for persons under guardianship who are unable to do so themselves.
• You clarify the exact assignment (e.g., move, apartment clearance, apartment cleaning, storage) with the responsible adult protection caseworker.
• You inspect the affected premises as needed and issue orders to third parties.
• You monitor the work and deadlines and report to the caseworker after completion of the assignment.
• You maintain the emergency housing of the Social Services (minor repairs, furniture maintenance, commissioning third parties, etc.).

• You have completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, ideally supplemented by further training at the level of a federal specialist certificate.
• You have manual skills and are good at organizing.
• You possess high social competence and have understanding for people in difficult housing and life situations.
• You are very reliable and flexible.
• You appreciate carrying out your work with a high degree of independence.
• Your workload is distributed situationally over all working days.
