Administrative Clerk (m/f/d) 100%
To strengthen our team (special cleaning), we are looking for a
YOUR TASKS
- You receive customer inquiries, arrange appointments for our specialist consultants, and support them
- You independently create and manage offers based on templates and take care of complete customer and offer management in the system
- You maintain master data in the CRM and ensure the follow-up of offers and document them in the system
- Consultation and daily customer contact by phone as well as close cooperation with the specialist consultants
- You assist in the processing and preparation of tenders and submissions
- In addition, you contribute to digitization processes and support the team with your administrative competence
- Simple tasks such as managing the internal reception, the mailroom, or office supplies management are also part of the job
YOUR PROFILE
- With your commercial training and administrative flair, you are well equipped to strengthen our team.
- You handle MS Office and various IT programs effortlessly, your German skills are confident, and ideally, you bring good foreign language skills in French?
- You grasp new things quickly, are flexible, and always keep an overview
- Your service orientation and structured way of working are your trademarks, and you develop your personality in a dynamic and sometimes hectic work environment?
- You enjoy customer contact, are friendly and upbeat?
- You enjoy customer communication and can convince customers in a humorous way?
- You are a team player and enjoy working in a harmonious and upbeat team?
