The "Data & Artificial Intelligence" department offers a function that supports the evaluation, design, and response to particularly complex requirements – from Data to Value. For this diverse environment, an AI and GenAI Architect (m/f/x) is sought who develops innovative solutions, takes on technical responsibility, and advises customers strategically. You bring extensive experience in developing AI and GenAI solutions and work closely with international teams to realize tailored strategies.

  • You develop innovative AI solutions and design scalable as well as practical systems that provide real added value to our international customers.
  • You take technical responsibility for the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, from the initial idea through development to final implementation and optimization.
  • You advise our customers on AI technologies and applications and develop individual solutions that meet their needs.
  • You design and architect complex end-to-end AI and GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art OSS and cloud-native technologies and orchestrate MLOps as well as LLMOps in productive systems.
  • You actively collaborate with international teams, conduct workshops, and support customers and team members with your technical know-how.
  • You evaluate and recommend new AI technologies and support offers and customer workshops to drive innovation.
  • You have a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, or a related field; a master's or Ph.D. is an advantage.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in developing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in developing GenAI solutions, such as RAG or agents.
  • You have proven technical knowledge in relevant programming languages, preferably Python, and experience with AI and GenAI frameworks such as SciKit-Learn, PyTorch, KubeFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
  • You have the ability to design, develop, and build software solutions, ideally for AI and GenAI projects, and are familiar with agile software development methods.
  • You work independently and cooperatively in international teams, have business fluent communication skills in German and English, and bring efficient time management and problem-solving skills.
