- you take responsibility for the care and support process of 6 children and adolescents
- you take responsibility in collaboration with parents and relatives
- you focus your work on needs- and resource-oriented care and support
- you ensure a structured and normality-oriented daily and leisure activity
- you plan support measures and carry them out independently
- on weekends and during school holidays, you organize leisure activities for the residents with
- you contribute your ideas, views, and attitude in team meetings

- completed training as a social educator HF/FH, care specialist EFZ, or a similar training/experience
- knowledge and experience in dealing with people with challenging behavior
- a warm, open, and professional attitude
- you are empathetic, resilient, independent, and responsible
