To strengthen our global TA Team located in Greifensee Switzerland, we are looking for an open-minded, energetic and engaged Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview processes, and support the onboarding of new hires, using our ATSCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, including sourcingClose cooperation with the TA teams (Switzerland and European countries)Develop and maintain a strong talent pool and utilize data-driven approach, recruitment metricEnsure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring processAct as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand in Switzerland, including presence at University fairs and Campus recruitmentParticipate in employer branding activities
