• Appointment scheduling and disposition
• Various administrative tasks
• Working days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the willingness to work flexibly during holiday cover

• Further training as a medical secretary with medical training (MPA, FAGE, RFP) and at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital or practice environment
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Quick comprehension, independent and careful working style
• Resilience and flexibility as well as good IT skills
