The role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Polymechanic to join our team in the field of prototype and small-series production. In this versatile role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and a wide range of materials to bring complex mechanical components to life — both for internal projects and external customers.

How you’ll make impact

• Manufacturing complex mechanical components from a wide range of materials for internal company units and external customers in the field of prototype and small-series production
• Independently executing and handling orders based on 3D data, drawings, and sketches
• Manufacturing jigs and fixtures for mechanical components
• Programming and setting up CNC milling (3- and 5-axis) and turning centers
• Supporting the operation of 3D printers and laser cutters
• Conventional drilling, milling, and turning
• Advising engineers on the feasibility and cost-effective production of mechanical components

What’s important to us

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a Polymechanic (EFZ) and have several years of professional experience
• You have hands-on experience in CNC machining on milling (3- and 5-axis) and turning centers
• You are experienced in CAM programming (Esprit TNG or similar)
• Good knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
• Solid understanding of Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)
• You have strong mechanical understanding and are interested in current technologies and continuous learning
• You are a flexible, motivated team player and work in a customer-oriented and quality-conscious manner with a high degree of initiative
• Your quick comprehension and precise working style make it easy for you to learn new things and apply theoretical knowledge in practice
• Good German and English skills are required
