Your tasks
- Leading the Sales & Marketing Processes team with currently two employees
- Effectively designing our sales and marketing processes across all channels as well as deriving and implementing measures in the areas of processes, operating models, technologies, and change management
- Contributing to the strategic ambition development in the area of marketing & sales
- Leading projects in the specialist area & active stakeholder management
- Close collaboration with internal departments (sales units, sales, marketing, data analytics, and others)
Your profile
- University degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
- At least 8 years of experience in bank sales including digital channels and ideally in sales or marketing environment
- Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as strong conceptual and analytical skills and methodological competencies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience in agile methods
- High affinity for IT systems and digitization as well as interest in innovative technologies
- High commitment, flexibility, and initiative
- Strong communication skills in German and a convincing presence
