The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers work respectfully and committedly for the well-being of the residents.

• Support of the department management in leading and organizing a department with 22 residents and about 20 employees
• Responsibility in employee management
• Participation in the further development of the nursing and care department
• Design of professional communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
• Nursing documentation in careCoach

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or health specialist
• Professional experience in long-term care
• First leadership experience desired
• Appreciative attitude and a strong affinity for working with people
• Openness and ability to work in a team
