- You keep our sanitary systems in top shape: You carry out inspections, maintenance, and repairs and quickly and reliably resolve malfunctions
- You accompany conversions and new installations, check plans and functional descriptions, and ensure complete and up-to-date system documentation
- You work closely with internal and external partners and support building technology in the 24-hour on-call service – also outside regular working hours

- You have completed an apprenticeship in the sanitary or building technology field, ideally supplemented by further training in maintenance or service technology
- You bring experience in building technology, preferably in the sanitary sector and in control technology
- You have solid IT skills, basic knowledge of building automation, and communicate confidently in German – both spoken and written
