Your main tasks include:

Performing all repairs and service work in compliance with contractual SLAs.
Installing Konica Minolta PP machines and connecting them to the customer's network with the corresponding controllers (Fiery and KM).
Planning and executing maintenance according to prescribed maintenance intervals
Providing instructions during new deliveries
Ensuring the promised print quality
Using and supporting the solutions in place at the customer
Advising customers on the use of the systems used, especially on quality settings.
Ensuring optimal use of logistics
Ensuring billable services

Your profile:

Training in the field of electromechanics. Device IT specialist, multimedia electronics technician, or related professions.
Professional experience as a service technician (an advantage)
Industry knowledge (an advantage)
Good knowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics
Good knowledge of IT users and network technologies (MS Office 365, Windows, Mac)
Open communication style and strong customer orientation
Independent and goal-oriented, analytical and networked thinking and acting
Resilient and customer-oriented personality
Sense of responsibility with great pleasure in learning new things and putting them into practice
Category B driving license, resident and rooted in the region
Very good knowledge of French and English
