Our services are provided by our nursing teams, operating agilely, and relying on a whole network of specialised skills and multiple talents within NOMAD, distributed across 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon.

Team Leader
80 - 100%
Your mission:
As a manager, you report to the Management of your region. You lead and support the teams (nurses, ASSC, care assistants) to succeed in their care mission with NOMAD clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Management in achieving organisational and human objectives
- Be the point of reference for care teams and support the employee lifecycle
- Promote the development of individual and collective skills within the teams
- Prepare and conduct individual interviews (recruitment, annual development review, etc.)
- Ensure the quality of care and manage adverse events
- Enforce and contribute to reference documentation
- Participate in various cross-functional projects within the institution
- Monitor performance indicators
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (health) or Bachelor’s degree (economics, sciences, management) supplemented by training in the health field (public health, health economics, ...)
- Additional management training is a plus
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role with managerial responsibility
- Ability to unite and mobilise
- Interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation sense
- Agile mindset, proactive
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Organisational and priority management skills
- Ability to remain effective in unforeseen and demanding situations
Workplace: canton of Neuchâtel with an attachment to be defined and frequent travel to our various sites in the canton
Start date: immediate or to be agreed
Contract type: permanent contract
