Administrative Secretary (100%)
The Administrative Court is the highest cantonal appellate authority in the field of administrative law. The General Secretariat provides the infrastructure for court operations and supports the departments with a variety of administrative services. We are looking for a motivated and well-organized administrative secretary (100%) starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your core tasks
- You will manage the telephone switchboard and reception of the Administrative Court.
- You are responsible for the physical and electronic mail receipt and dispatch as well as material management.
- You support the Head of Central Services in fulfilling his tasks in the areas of personnel administration, facility management, security, and events.
- You file the records of the judicial administration and are responsible for data maintenance.
- You prepare the rooms for internal meetings and hearings.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education and professional experience, preferably at a court, in public administration, or in a law firm.
- You enjoy working in a legal environment.
- You are not afraid to get involved and love to work independently, structured, and very carefully.
- You bring flexibility and organizational talent and are a resilient personality.
- You can express yourself fluently both orally and in writing and enjoy communicating with different stakeholders.
- You are open to digital transformation, have advanced knowledge in the use of various software programs, and apply them efficiently in everyday work.
