• Disposition of national partial and full loads according to economic and ecological aspects
• Flexible planning and business management deployment of our truck fleet
• Targeted leadership of the driving personnel
• Continuous optimization of the tour plan and daily disposition

• Experience in the fields of transport and disposition
• Leadership experience in a comparable position
• Commercial training / training as a road transport dispatcher is an advantage
• Enjoy working with modern communication tools
• Networked, customer- and service-oriented thinking
• Good German skills in spoken and written form / French skills are an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility and assertiveness
• Strong communication skills and pronounced organizational abilities
• Team-oriented, winning personality
