This is your job
- For our 200 employees, you are the first point of contact for HR and payroll questions together with the HR management
- You independently handle the daily business in personnel administration from entry to exit
- You keep an overview of time management, process absence notifications, and can competently support managers as a super-user with questions
- Together with HR management, you ensure smooth payroll processing
- You independently handle accident and illness cases
- You support recruitment (job postings and applicant administration)
- You contribute to HR projects and bring your own ideas for process optimization
- Participation in apprentice support (preparation for vocational school, Konvink, final exam registrations)
What defines you
We simply assume your passion for shoes and fashion, as we cannot imagine anyone not having it ;-) If you also describe yourself as precise, reliable, and humorous with a hands-on mentality and a certain degree of flexibility, the following strengths and skills are required:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in HR as a basic requirement
- Further training as an HR assistant or HR clerk
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and Abacus
- Strong service orientation
- Reliable, careful working style
- Proactive personality with a positive attitude
- You enjoy working in a team and keep an overview even in hectic situations
