Your team
The Pictet Tech division is responsible for designing and integrating a wide range of IT solutions, from portfolio management systems to trading platforms, banking applications, and enterprise management tools. As the driving force behind some of the Group's greatest innovations, the division is also responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and developing custody and fund administration services.
A key player in advancing cases and streamlining interactions within the Workplace Technology service, the Workplace Technology Delivery Facilitator is actively involved in managing services related to work environments, including physical/virtual workstation solutions, collaboration technologies, and secure remote work environments.
This transversal role aims to coordinate, facilitate, and accelerate project delivery, incident or problem resolution, deployment of improvements, and audit responses, by creating links between the service teams and the Infrastructure and Production department.
Your role
- Lead and coordinate project, incident, problem, improvement, and audit follow-up meetings and activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between Workplace Technology and Infrastructure & Production’s teams.
- Oversee the progress of major projects (e.g., Exit NSX), ensuring coordination of actions, schedules, and resources.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and collaboration.
- Set up and maintain JIRA dashboards for activity and project tracking.
- Prepare budget forecasts and presentations for steering committees (SteerCo).
- Ensure traceability of actions and regular communication on the progress of cases.
- Participate in technology watch and support the adoption of new working methods and collaborative tools.
Your profile
- Proficiency with collaborative tools (JIRA, Microsoft 365 suite, etc.) and project management principles.
- Experience in change management and supporting digital transformation.
- Ability to produce dashboards, budget forecasts, and concise presentations.
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.
- Organization, diplomacy, leadership, and ability to unite around common goals.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong service orientation.
- Strong appetite for information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
