• You actively participate in the care team and design professional, child-appropriate care and support.
• You are a reliable contact person for children and parents and conduct parent meetings (without evening appointments).
• You maintain contact with teachers, caretakers, and other school professionals.
• You take over the administrative department of the location.
• You prepare healthy and balanced meals.
• You mainly work during school weeks: 73%: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00/10:30 a.m. to 5:30/6:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00/11:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 80%: Monday to Friday from 9:00/10:30 a.m. to 5:30/6:00 p.m.

• You have completed social pedagogical, socio-cultural, or pedagogical training.
• You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 4 to 13, supporting and assisting them in their daily lives.
• You empathize with the children's world and confidently handle culturally and age-mixed groups.
• You convince with your empathetic, appreciative, and team-oriented manner and actively contribute to our school life.
• You have experience in administrative and planning tasks.
• You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
• You are an initiative-taking, humorous, resilient, and flexible personality.
• You enjoy preparing small, healthy meals and create them with heart.
