The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

With the new restaurant Limmat Rechts, we are creating a lively meeting place for residents, relatives, employees, and external guests. Our offer ranges from uncomplicated self-service with coffee and patisserie to a served restaurant with personal service. Seminars, banquets, and events are also part of our diverse gastronomy offering.

For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement as

Service Specialist (m/f/d), 60 - 80 %

This is how you support us:

• You welcome and serve our guests in a friendly, attentive, and courteous manner – both in the self-service area and the served restaurant
• You ensure a smooth service process and a pleasant atmosphere
• You advise our guests on the selection of food and drinks
• You assist in the preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings
• You look after internal and external events, seminars, and banquets
• You prepare the mise en place and ensure order and cleanliness in the service area
• You operate the cash register and ensure correct daily accounting
• You assist in the preparation and equipping of our seminar rooms

This is how you convince us:

• You have completed training as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ, restaurant employee EBA, domestic specialist EFZ, or have several years of experience in service
• You enjoy guest contact and have a strong service orientation
• You work independently, proactively, and reliably
• You are a team player, flexible, and keep an overview even in busy moments
• You can communicate well in German, both orally and in writing
• You have good IT user skills and are willing to work with our cash register system
• You are willing to work shifts on weekends
