For our carpentry workshop, we are looking for a committed personality to join our great team from 01.03.2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Discovering resources together and supporting people with disabilities
- Individual support according to the solution-oriented approach (LOA)
- Maintaining client documentation
- Responsible for timely, quality-compliant processing of productive orders
- Customer contact, work preparation, material procurement, order processing, active participation in production as well as taking on administrative tasks
Your profile
- Training as a carpenter EFZ with professional experience
- Manual skills, creativity, and quality awareness
- Joy in combining social mission and production
- Dynamic, resilient personality with the ability to motivate people
- Ideally further training in work education or interest in educational tasks
- Driver's license category B
