Landscape Gardener (80%)

For our organic-certified nursery, we are looking for you as a Landscape Gardener (80%) starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Do you have experience in supporting and caring for people with disabilities, love nature, and enjoy working in a team? As a committed and open personality, you support a team of nine professionals, 16 workshop participants, and 7 day care participants in plant production. You know how to flexibly and creatively adapt work to the needs of people with disabilities, and you understand perfectly how to guide, support, and motivate them. Through your work, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that the residents we care for can participate in life in all its facets and that we can offer healthy regional organic products to all people in and around Wagerenhof.
