To complete our team at the Medical Assessment Service (SAM) in Bellinzona, we are looking for a
SAM Medical Expert with specialization in psychiatry and psychotherapy
Profile:
The person we are looking for has professional experience and autonomy and must be motivated to work in a team and to follow a training path in the forensic field.
Necessary requirements:
- a medical degree and a specialization title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (for foreign titles, MEBEKO recognition must already be obtained before starting the activity). They must also have registered their language skills in Italian (minimum level B2) in Medreg before starting, according to the new LPMed provisions in force since January 1, 2018;
- the license to practice in the Canton of Ticino obtained before starting at our Institute;
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- organizational skills.
- experience in the forensic field;
- excellent command of German and other national languages.
- drafting psychiatric forensic evaluations in Italian;
- dictation of medical records;
- extensive anamnesis collection;
- thorough clinical examination;
- multidisciplinary case discussion with involved specialists;
- discussion of previous evaluations and contentious and contradictory points in the records;
- drafting the medical expert report with clear and precise answers to all forensic questions;
- respect for the deadlines for delivering the report and the quality criteria of the report.
