- Independent support of our employees from entry to exit (personnel administration)
- Employment contracts, agreements, certificates, exits/retirements, maternity/paternity
- Process changes in the personnel information system (SAP)
- Advise employees and supervisors on all personnel administrative and partly labor law matters
- If interested, participate in specialist projects and working groups
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Commercial basic training and at least 3 years of professional experience in operational personnel administration in a large company
- Swiss federal diploma HR specialist
- Enjoy operational HR administration tasks including process optimizations and willingness to participate in working groups
- Good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as common Office products (365)
- French native speaker or bilingual, very good German skills, Italian and English skills (advantageous)
- Communicative personality with positive team spirit and joy in contributing
