During the week, we serve freshly prepared lunches from Tuesday to Friday, and in the evenings and on weekends, varied banquets and group events take center stage. Our kitchen is creative, seasonal, and homemade - and our team is familial, straightforward, and committed. You have completed training as a cook and already gained some experience. - Planning and calculation of our offerings
- Active participation in daily kitchen operations
- Leadership and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaboration with the service and event team
- Quality controls & compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Ordering goods and inventory management
- Completed training as a cook
- Professional experience in gastronomy
- Passion for cooking, team spirit, and creativity
- Independent and reliable working style
- Resilience and flexibility, also on weekends and evenings
- Very good German language skills
- A familial working environment in a small, motivated team
- Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday (often also evenings off when no events take place)
