• Telephone technical 1st & 2nd level support for our customers
• Technical analysis and development of corrective measures
• Improvement of the availability of our vehicle fleet through independent investigation of events on the train
• Collaboration with project teams, engineering, customers, and other departments for sustainable optimizations 
• Work in a rotation system between consulting activities in the control center and troubleshooting at external locations

• Technical training in electrical engineering, computer science, automation, diagnostics, mechatronics, or as a train driver
• Interest in the railway industry and affinity for rail vehicle technology
• Proficient use of IT systems
• Enjoyment in communicating with train drivers and conveying technical solutions
• High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work flexible hours in shift work
• Very good German and French skills (We are happy to support you in acquiring or improving language skills)
• Enjoyment of teamwork
