Would you like to unfold your passion for strategic marketing & social media in a renowned environment? The Grand Hotel National is looking for a skilled and open personality for the position of Marketing Executive.
What awaits you with us:
- Strategic planning and implementation of online marketing measures (website management, SEO, Google, social as well as booking platform campaigns including performance analysis)
- Optimization of the customer journey up to booking, management of CRM, newsletter and web apps
- Content creation for website and events including performance evaluation
- Support in press work, brand communication as well as coordination of partners and shootings
- Implementation of corporate identity, creation and design of print and digital media
- Co-management of social media channels as well as promotion and sales campaigns
- Analysis of campaign, PMS and web data with derivation of optimizations
- Leadership of an employee, project coordination and ensuring marketing implementation
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in marketing, communication, hospitality (hotel management school, HF, FH)
- Experience in online marketing and social media management, including SEO, SEA, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and content creation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and optimization of the customer journey, including newsletter management, guest segmentation, web apps and voucher/ticketing systems.
- Experience in content and website management, focusing on text design, content strategy and performance analysis.
- PR, communication and brand competence, including press work and collaboration with internal departments.
- Experience in corporate design and in the design of print and digital media, confident handling of Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
