Project Manager Implementation
Location: Zurich

Your tasks
- Responsibility for project management of the implementation
- Implementation of all FM services such as office support, postal services, reception services, cleaning or technical maintenance
- Ensuring that the project results meet the business requirements
- Ensuring the proper execution and all tasks and processes necessary for the implementation
- Contact person for customers and internal employees regarding questions about the assignment
- Training and instruction of employees to ensure a successful mandate start
- Support of operational managers in technical matters
- Analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities
- Ensuring the proper recording of all relevant object and system data
- Coordination of project participants
Your profile
- Commercial or technical basic training as well as higher education (e.g. technical commercial clerk FA, federal diploma facility management manager, FM studies)
- Mandatory several years of experience in the field of facilities management
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as experience in project work
- Experience in leadership
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects
- High customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
- High willingness to collaborate beyond the team with a view to overall success
- Driver's license category B
- Good PC skills (MS Office, CAFM also an advantage) are required
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, business fluent English, additional language skills are an advantage
