For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for an Assistant HRM 80% in St. Gallen to start immediately.
Your Challenge
- Supporting the HR business partners in the German and French-speaking parts of Switzerland in all personnel processes
- Independent administrative handling of Hälg internal courses and events (announcement, preparation, execution, and follow-up)
- Processing administrative tasks in vocational training, from announcement to apprenticeship completion
- Assisting in the support and maintenance of the Hälg learning platform
- Participation in HRM projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic education combined with professional experience in HRM
- Experience in events, courses, or education is an advantage
- You are familiar with the common Microsoft 365 programs
- You are confident in German and can communicate well in written and spoken French
- Committed, engaging personality with a high degree of independence and a strong flair for organizational tasks
