What to expect
- Leading and further developing an interdisciplinary team (Software Engineers, DevOps, Platform Specialists)
- Design and operation of our developer platform including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and self-service offerings
- Ensuring stability, performance, and security of the platform
- Close collaboration with infrastructure, workplace, and engineering teams to define common standards
- Planning and prioritizing technical initiatives in line with the company strategy
- Introducing and promoting best practices in software development, continuous integration & delivery
- Regular reviews and optimization of platform performance
- Monitoring trends in developer experience & DevOps for continuous improvement
What you bring
- Several years of experience in DevOps environments, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Solid knowledge in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and the ability to clearly convey complex contexts
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
