To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated maintenance mechanic (100%).

Your job

As a maintenance mechanic, you are an indispensable part of our technical team and ensure that our production facilities run reliably and efficiently at all times. With your manual skills and technical know-how, you take on the maintenance, repair, monitoring and optimisation of our operational technical equipment and buildings. Thanks to your analytical thinking, you detect faults precisely and resolve them efficiently to minimise downtime. You work closely with production and other technical departments to continuously improve the facilities and ensure safety.

In addition, various tasks include:

• Support in commissioning, calibration and configuration of new equipment
• Responsible for the spare parts warehouse
• Purchasing spare parts in consultation with the supervisor
• Optimisation of equipment and operating resources including fault rectification
• Supports the supervisor in investment planning for equipment and operating resources
• Coordination of external craftsmen and specialist personnel
• Identifying and reporting safety deficiencies as well as proactive suggestions for improvements to machines and equipment
• Compliance with and implementation of legal regulations and internal company guidelines, especially in the areas of safety, environment and GMP compliance
• Documentation of all work performed to ensure traceability
• On-call duty (standby service) for rapid resolution of technical faults outside regular working hours

• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or a similar field. Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage.
• Experience in performing welding work, especially on steel components
• Analytical and systematic working method, especially in fault finding
• Independent and solution-oriented working style combined with high reliability
• Confident handling of PC systems and common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Team spirit, initiative and a collegial working style
• High quality awareness
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B. Forklift and lifting platform licences are an advantage
