Clerk Supply Chain and PMO
What awaits you
Project administration (SAP administration, project orders, monitoring delivery dates, creating project documents) and project controlling of the Project Management Office (PMO)
Responsibility for technical purchasing
Collaboration in material planning
Maintenance of master data (regarding purchasing, sales, inventory) for financial accounting
Administrative support of final assembly and warehouse management
What you bring
Completed training as a commercial clerk or an equivalent further education
Experience in purchasing, project administration, order processing
Initial experience with customs formalities desirable
Affinity for numbers as well as experience in controlling orders and projects (order intake to delivery and invoicing to customers)
Independent and responsible way of working
Enjoyment of teamwork
German as mother tongue and English spoken and written
