Junior Digital Consultant*

(60-100%)

As a Junior Digital Consultant, you will work together with our Professional and Senior Consultants on the digital transformation of our clients – from analysis to implementation.

The tasks include

• Participation in IT-related client projects in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Romandy
• Contributing to workshops for current state analysis, customer processes, and requirements
• Supporting the development of digital strategies, business processes, and solution concepts
• Analyzing ICT trends and their impact on markets, business models, and value chains
• Working on enterprise architectures and decision-making bases
• Supporting organizational and cultural change processes
• Contributing to the maintenance and further development of customer relationships

This is what excites us about you

• Upcoming or already obtained university degree (Uni, FH) in economics, (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, or a comparable field
• Interest in digital transformation and new technologies
• Analytical and interconnected thinking as well as conceptual strength
• Independent, proactive working style and joy in learning new things
• First experience in consulting or digitization projects is an advantage
• Reliable, punctual, and precise work
• Very good oral and written German and French skills (at least B2)
• Open personality with team spirit, humor, and a convincing presence
