• You identify, document, review, and manage requirements in the form of epics and user stories (requirement engineering)
• You analyze structures, processes, workflows, and data along business processes and cases, conduct market research where appropriate, develop concepts, and recommend solution options (solution design)
• You model processes and systems (UML, use case diagrams, BPMN 2.0, etc.)
• You moderate workshops, design sprints, etc., along agile product development
• You configure software (Salesforce) and create documentation
• You support test management, create test cases, independently conduct system tests, accompany and evaluate user acceptance tests (UAT)
• You support the product owner in developing the product roadmap and maintaining the product backlog
• You actively participate in release planning and rollouts
• You design future-proof, digital, innovative processes with regard to Livit's strategic goals
• You support the product owner in reporting to management
• You support 2nd-/3rd-level support with your expertise

• You have a completed vocational baccalaureate or higher professional education (university, HF, FH)
• You have several years of professional experience in business analysis and requirement engineering, respectively as a product owner, consultant, or related role (methodological competence)
• You bring good to very good Salesforce skills (Service Cloud)
• You have a Salesforce certification (Admin or Advanced Admin)
• Ideally, you have a Salesforce-specific background (APEX, Flow, etc.)
• You are CPRE certified (Foundation Level or higher)
• You enjoy communicating convincingly, show initiative, are solution-oriented, and value precise and structured working methods
• You have a quick grasp, and your analytical and methodological skills distinguish you
• You have already worked in/with interdisciplinary Scrum teams or even in a SAFe environment
• You are used to working with collaborative tools like Confluence and Jira
• You communicate fluently in German and especially in English, both orally and in writing (collaboration with integration partners)
