Clerk: Patient Admission

We are looking for you by arrangement as

• You always handle internal and external inquiries in a friendly and competent manner
• You record and maintain patient master data in the systems
• You record scheduled admissions and emergency admissions and coordinate them with the relevant departments
• You clarify concerns with health insurance companies and insurers

• You have a commercial education with experience in healthcare or a degree as a medical practice assistant
• You have good MS Office skills, experience in SAP-R/3 is an advantage
• You have Italian and English skills and are willing to work on weekends
• You are a reliable, open person and enjoy dealing with people
