The Bambi Daycare GmbH was founded in 1995 and is a social enterprise with 12 daycares and about 210 employees.
We live by our motto: The child is at the center with us.
To make this work and for our educational team to fully focus on the children, a smooth and supportive administration is essential. Our well-coordinated team is looking for reinforcement.
Employee Administration / Office and Customer Service / Customer Support / Secretariat / Front Office Manager / Office Employee / Customer Service / 60-100% (If part-time, core attendance times are Monday to Friday every afternoon until about 6:00 p.m.)
Examples of possible tasks (all tasks in the office in 8048 Zurich): (Tasks may change depending on workload)
- Contract creation
- Processing daycare place cancellations and changes
- Maintaining the waiting list
- Clarification of open questions
- Obtaining documents for subsidized daycare places
- Support in accounts receivable management
- Checking subsidy invoices
- Creating and sending invoices
- Reliable maintenance of our customer files
- Sending tax certificates
- Filing customer service documents
- Managing the cash register (few receipts per month. The accountant handles the main bookkeeping)
- Co-organizing various events, St. Nicholas visit, etc.
You bring:
- Very good and reliable numerical flair (calculating the number of free daycare places per group, converting time minutes into decimal minutes, creating correct invoices for parents, correctly calculating the outstanding amount from customers, etc.)
- Courteous, attentive, conscientious, precise, and helpful working style
- Very good manners with our customers and team
- Excellent oral and written skills in German / native language
- Basic oral and written knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Training and experience in the administrative field
- Structured thinking
- High quality awareness
- Love for telephone communication
- Empathy
- If you prefer part-time work, core attendance times are Monday to Friday every afternoon until about 6:00 p.m. (Our customers are better reachable in the afternoon and tend to contact us more in the afternoon/early evening)
