For our HR team in Hefenhofen TG, we are looking for a
HR Specialist Recruitment & Personnel Development (80–100%) starting 01.06.2026 or by arrangement
Your future area of responsibility
Training and further education (internal & external)
•Consulting employees and supervisors on development topics
•Administrative processing of training and further education
•Creation of further training agreements
•Organization of internal training in cooperation with the safety advisor
•Checking and booking all training invoices
•Reporting attended courses to the Parifonds
•Maintaining all training data in the system as well as creating evaluations
•Complete administrative processing of apprentices in cooperation with the apprenticeship coach
Recruitment & applicant management
•Creation and publication of job descriptions and advertisements
•Management of the entire recruitment process in Dualoo
•Co-selection of applications in cooperation with the line
•Posting and maintenance of job openings on social media
•Responsibility for job notification obligations at the RAV
Other tasks
•Preparation and submission of FAR applications (early retirement)
•Advising employees during the FAR registration process
What you bring with you
- Commercial or equivalent education, ideally with HR further training
- Several years of experience in personnel development and recruitment
- Independent working style with the ambition to actively further develop and modernize processes
- Confident German, any additional language (IT, ES, PT) is a plus
- Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity
- Team player, flexible and positive personality
