• Responsible for the coffee bar in the Novartis Pavilion (contact person for guests as well as team leader)
• Passion for coffee and barista craft 
• Active and independent work at the coffee bar in various shifts as well as leading the team
• Various administrative tasks (email correspondence, creating offers, organizing small events, responsibility for ordering and inventory, etc.)
• Collaboration in other departments and further development of the offerings

• Completed training in gastronomy and barista experience is an advantage
• Leadership experience in a similar position, opportunity for a first leadership role
• German level C1-C2: competent language use orally and in writing as well as English skills
• Strong IT skills
