Your mission :
- Execute individualized care in the field of geriatrics and psycho-geriatrics and maintain related documents, including care files
- Execute delegated medical acts
- Establish a relationship characterized by understanding of the elderly person and the aging process
- Participate in the active life of the residents and provide them with care and a living environment in collaboration with the nursing team and all services, ensuring execution
- Listen, support, care for residents during their stay and accompany them with dignity in crisis and end-of-life situations
- Apply the processes, directives, charter, and philosophy of the institution
