Your tasks

• You take professional responsibility for the development of cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical products from the idea to series maturity
• You review product ideas and process techniques and assess their technical and economic suitability
• You develop new cosmetic and chemical dental products together with external partners
• In collaboration with Quality Management, you ensure that regulatory requirements are implemented, especially in the areas of formulations, recipe maintenance, and claims.
• You are the contact person for pharmaceutical, chemical, and scientific questions
• You support the registration of our chemical products.
• You assist Quality Management in maintaining the pharmaceutical quality assurance system.
• You organize study samples and actively participate in scientific projects as well as in cooperation with universities and universities of applied sciences.

Your profile

• You have training or solid professional experience in chemistry, pharmacy, or cosmetic technology
• You bring experience in the development of chemical, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical formulations
• You work analytically, precisely, and structured and are experienced in scientific work
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and team-oriented and feel comfortable with interdisciplinary issues
• You act proactively, take responsibility, and actively shape development processes
• You enjoy working with internal teams and external partners and independently drive projects forward
• You communicate fluently in German and English
